AI agent setup: from your first office AI agent to a hybrid company.

An AI agent works on a computer for your team, handling emails, appointments, receipts and your business software. We set it up at your premises in one day. From there, we expand step by step until people and AI agents work together as a natural part of your business.

Your contacts: Matthias Kant for consulting and process selection, Philipp Kant (M.Sc. Computer Science, RWTH Aachen) for technical implementation.

Use cases

Where an AI agent adds value

Choosing processes

Which workflows benefit from an AI agent

Frequency and effort are what matter. Not everything that is technically possible is worthwhile. We start with the workflows that take up time every week.

01

Frequent and time-consuming

Start here
Writing quotes, answering enquiries, recording receipts. An agent saves hours every week on these tasks.

02

Frequent but simple

Only if setup is quick
Confirming appointments, syncing calendars. Worthwhile if setup takes minutes rather than days.

03

Infrequent but time-consuming

Usually not worthwhile
Annual planning, tax documents. By the time the agent is up and running, you could have done the task manually several times over.

04

Infrequent and simple

Do it yourself
Small, one-off tasks stay with people. Automation adds no value here.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Workflows that recur frequently and take a significant amount of time each time: writing quotes, answering enquiries, recording receipts, managing payment reminders or checking tenders. Infrequent or very simple tasks are usually not worthwhile. We work with you to choose up to three workflows to start with.

Yes, through an interface or by interacting with the screen, for example to prepare invoices or assign preliminary account codes to receipts. Posting accounting entries, sending and deleting require your confirmation. We do not set up online banking or payments.

By placing an AI connector between your workflows and the language model, and using open standards such as the Model Context Protocol. Your knowledge, templates and work instructions stay with you. This lets you switch models without rebuilding your workflows.

Only the essentials: its own login credentials, approved applications and folders, and no administrator rights. Critical steps require human approval, and all actions are logged. We document these rules before setup.

We define approval points and stopping rules: if the agent is uncertain, data is missing or a step fails repeatedly, it hands over to a person. Anything that leaves your organisation is always reviewed by someone on your team.

The provider subscription starts at around 20 per month per workstation, with higher costs for heavier use or teams. Use through interfaces incurs additional usage-based charges, which we estimate in advance. We earn nothing from the subscription.

Yes. During the kick-off meeting, we describe the first workflows together. The agent then helps document them. This gradually creates a process manual that provides the foundation for further expansion.

You decide which data the agent processes. For personal data, we use plans with a data processing agreement and disable the use of your data for training. For sensitive data, models hosted in Switzerland or the EU are available.

People and AI agents share the work: agents handle recurring tasks, while your team focuses on customers, decisions and quality. This requires clear roles, approvals, performance metrics and someone responsible for AI within the company.
